It’s probably not surprising that the administration considered the Benghazi report to prove they did nothing wrong. They had set the bar to the point that unless there was video of Obama telling the military to let the ambassador die or Hillary Clinton giving weapons to ISIS, any other incompetence or malfeasance would be considered nothing important.
Instead, it only points out a foreign policy where allies are threatened and enemies are coddled. Today, yet another spot has become hot. Terrorists attacked in Istanbul and the most we can expect out of this White House is vague condemnation of “extremism” and a warning that Obama will not tolerate the kind of hate and violence perpetuated by… Republicans.
At this point, what difference does it make?
