Joe Biden Won’t Save Us from Hillary | October 21, 2015

Playing hooky today gave me a chance to have to witness the end of Joe Biden’s incessant teasing with the pundits over whether he’d lose the Democratic nomination. He decided his son didn’t die soon enough to start an effective campaign and then proceeded to give a speech about a vision for America he won’t have to repeat 1000 times on the campaign trail.

So we’re back to Bernie Sanders as the only hope to stop Hillary. Luckily, neither one can win the election, even if Trump is the nominee and Jim Webb runs against both of them. I’m not a prognosticator, but I know people don’t like Hillary Clinton and the Republicans who vote in primaries aren’t going for Donald Trump.

Frankly, I’ll take Jeb over the clown car I’ve seen so far.

  1. Republicans who vote in primaries aren’t going for Donald Trump.

    Why not? Please elaborate, 15.

    • The establishment hates him. Conservatives like some of what he says but still find him all over the map politically.

There are two kinds of people who like Trump. There are the ones who don’t follow politics much at all and generally don’t vote. Then there are the people who are sick of politics and like him as a spoiler. Those people are more likely to register independent and they can’t vote in most primaries.
