Days of Change

The Front Runner | August 9, 2015

No one has won a single presidential primary or caucus and no one will for the next 5 months.

Even though it is early in the campaign season, 2012 was worse. The first Republican debate that time was in May of 2011. After that, the front-runners were Michele Bachmann, (she won the Iowa straw poll) Herman Cain, Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum. Santorum was the last candidate to challenge Romney in any effective way.

The current front-runner, Donald Trump, has yet to provide plans any larger than opinions, or keep a staff together. He won’t be in any caucuses or primaries for months. I’ll take him seriously when he gets some Republican delegates.

  1. I’ll take him seriously when he gets some Republican delegates

The “debate” was a set-up to keep that from happening.

    • I don’t feel sorry for that creep. The anchors at Fox treated him as harshly as any front-runner. If he wanted a coronation, he should have run as a Democrat.

No. Kellys’ drum-beating for the Dem’s lie about the Repub attack on women was just plain mean-spirited self-
    aggrandizement.
