Days of Change

Day 1187 – Straight From the Horse’s Ass | February 4, 2012

I watched some of MSNBC’s coverage of the Nevada Caucuses tonight. The only thing newsworthy about the event is that Romney still might not break 40% and Ron Paul could come in second. What I learned was from what’s on MSNBC.

When they weren’t talking to Steve Schmidt about how much he contributed to HBO’s Palin hatchet job, the were talking about Rick Santorum. It seems they are very interested in his blue collar message and the possibility of him being Romney’s VP. Rick Santorum has some attractive qualities, but in a week where abortion was a big issue, a social conservative like Santorum could cause that ticket to be attacked from multiple fronts,

I find MSNBC to be ground zero for liberal talking points. I can get it right from the horse’s mouth (or ass) first. From what I can tell, the Dems want Gingrich killed in this race as much as the GOP. If that’s the case, I agree with Sarah Palin. Newt needs to keep on keeping on.

  1. He/she whom the Dems would destroy must be preserved at all costs. The lft’s unpaid publicists–the msm–did it to Sarah Palin, first, because she had the gall to criticize obama’s phallic symbols styrofoam columns and non-career as a community organizer, and secondly, because they recognized her as THE anti-o.

If they’re after Newt, it’s because they know obma’s much-touted brilliance and speaking gifts would be exposed as humbug in a hearbeat if he were to face Newt.

I say again, if the msm wants Romney, it’s for the same reason they wanted McCain: obama can beat him.
Are the Repub old-boys dmart enough to get this? Don’t bet your Constitution on it.

  2. Yep, I think the Dem Dream Team is Romney/Santorum. As Hillbuzz would say, a cucumber and mayo sandwich on white bread. It won’t excite the conservative base and Team Obama would steamroll them over their wealth and …. whiteness. They’ll put Klan hoods on them and swinging wire coat hangers from their high horses.

I do believe the GOP is intentionally trying to throw this election 😦

I’m with you. I know 1539 does not believe in conspiracy theories, but I think this election, like McCain’s 2008 repeated cheerleading for obama, is conspiracy fact. Palin wasn’t in on the fix, so he and the Repub Old Boys muzzled her.
