Did Someone Finally Tell Obama No? | January 25, 2013
The DC Court of Appeals invalidated a number of Obama’s “recess” appointments to the National Labor Relations Board made the day after the Senate went back into session. Among other things, this could mean that decision by the now impotent board against Boeing could be vacated. We’ll have to see how Obama lapdog John Roberts rules when it gets to SCOTUS.
